Recently Susie and I bought a 2002 Buick LeSabre from your business.  We were very pleased with Dan Klatt's customer service. 

Originally we were attempting to purchase a Regal but were not able to come to a mutual price. However, Dan steadily searched for a vehicle that would be in our price range and the type of vehicle we wanted.

After the final transaction of our newly bought car, we encountered a problem with the home link transmitter, which we were not able to program.  We made a phone call to speak with Dan.  Dan put us at ease instantly and without delay he called us back to inform us that he would come to our home and look at the matter. Dan brought Mike Witham with him and they programmed the home link transmitter.

That show of attentiveness to his customers made us thanful that Dan was our salesperson.  We wanted to let you know you have great employees and we were greatful to have such care.

The reason for this letter is to inform you of the wonderful and courteous staff you have at your dealership.  We were traveling to Minneapolis from the Quad Cities on New Years Eve day to spend the holiday, when approximately ten miles from Charles City we started to encounter problems with the front end on our Chevy Silverado.  We exited at Charles City, not even knowing that there was actually a Chevy dealership at that exit.  We pulled in and to our amazement your dealership was still open (3:30 PM) and they were able to inspect our truck to see what the problem was.  Your mechanics stayed until almost 6:00 PM and repaired the majority of the front end (tie rod) problem.  They were unable to fix the problem completely due to a part not being available that day.  However, our truck was still drivable and upon advice of your mechanics we headed back towards home.  It certainly wasnt the type of New years Eve that we were palnning, but at lease we made it back home safe, thank to your staff.  The best part of the day was coming across your dealership and employees, they were the best. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.  You should be very proud of the staff and the kind of business that you operate.  It's like finding a hidden gem.

Thank you for recently sending the check to partially reimburse us for the oil leak repair costs incurred on the 2003 Park Avenue we purchased from Keegan.  We understand you are under no obligation to reimburse us for these repairs and we greatly appreciate your willingness to share these costs with us.

We enjoyed working with Keegan and Jordan in the showing of the car and in the completion of the sale.  We feel they dealt fairly with us on the car and we feel we paid a fair price for the condition of the vehicle.

We appreciated the opportunity to view the Car Fax, discuss the maintence records on file with your dealership, and to speak with the former owner who mentioned a possible power steering leak.  Your mechanic put the car on the hoist and gave Dick the opportunity to look for the possible leak.  Your mechanic assured him the power steering was not leaking.  Unfortunately, this did not bring to light the real problem, oil leaks.  Unfortunately, the reparis necessary were extensive and costly.

Obviously, yours is a first class dealership and you provide outstanding customer service to all - even your internet customers who do not live in your community.

We will certainly recommend your dealership whenever possible.  When we are ready to purchase another vehicle, we will give your dealership the first opportunity for the sale.  Thank you.

On Sunday, October 3rd as we were coming through Charles City something went wrong with the transmission in our 2010 Impala.  I called Onstar and in minutes a city policeman was at our side.  Then in another few minutes a tow truck arrived which towed our car to your dealership.  After getting some information from the wrecker driver we went across the street to the Kwik Star to wait for our grandson to come pick us up.  The people in there were super nice and gave us your telephone number.  Being Sunday we did not expect much to be done.  BUT!!!  Were we ever wrong.  The next thing we knew you arrived and within a short time we had a car to drive.  For this we are very grateful.

On Monday it was determinded that we would have to wait until Wednesday when the transmission specialist would be back to look at the car but we were told to take the loaner car and go on to St Cloud to visit our granddaughter. 

On Wed morning after the transmission was taken apart Jason suggested that we just to on home to Wall (600 miles) and he would call when the car was ready.  On Thursday afternoon he called that our car was up and running and they would meet us in Sioux Falls (300 miles from your store) to exchange vehicles.

We could not be more happy with your dealership.  Everyone was so kind and helpful and your store is beautiful.  A big thank you to your staff, especially Jason in the service department.  Believe me if we lived in Iowa we would get the word out and we would deal with you. Thanks again.
