The 2023 Chevy Tahoe comes in six trims: LS, LT, RST, Z71, Premier, and High Country. The new model arrives with a handful of updates from the preceding model, raising the base cost for all trims and configurations by $500. Let’s take a look at the available trim levels to see which is right for both your family and your budget.

LS

The LS trim comes standard with rear-wheel drive and a 10-speed automatic transmission powered by a 355-horsepower, 5.3-liter V-8 engine. Or, opt for the Duramax turbo-diesel 3.0-liter inline-six-cylinder for 277 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft of torque. Four-wheel is also an option and adds $3,000 to the base price. MSRP starts at $56,095.

LT

The LT trim has more equipment than the LS. Standard equipment includes a wireless charging pad, a premium Bose nine-speaker audio system, a hands-free liftgate, and a 12-inch digital instrument cluster. Plus, the upgraded infotainment system has a larger 10.2-inch touchscreen with Google-Built-In software ability. MSRP starts at $61,959.

RST

The RST trim offers model-exclusive trim accents, allowing the Tahoe to embrace some of Chevrolet’s performance legacy. The standard RST includes the base 5.3-liter V-8 and optional turbo-diesel 3.0-liter inline-six engines. Or, drivers can opt for a 433-horsepower, 6.2-liter V-8 with the RST Performance Edition. MSRP starts at $64,195.

Z71

The Z71 trim is built for those who drive rough trails. The front styling is redesigned to enhance ground clearance and includes trail-ready features like 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, a front-mounted skid plate, and an optional adaptive air suspension for better control. This trim is only available in four-wheel drive and doesn’t offer the diesel engine, yet an optional 420-horsepower, 3.2-liter V-8 is available. MSRP starts at $66,195.

Premier

The Premier trim starts to bring luxury to the Tahoe. Standard features include a Bose 10-speaker audio system, leather seats, and a power-sliding center console. Enjoy the convenience of power-operated second and third-row seating, and travel confidently using Super Cruise technology with hands-free lane changes and adaptive cruise control. Like the RST, all three engines are available. MSRP starts at $69,495.

High Country

The High Country trim is the peak of luxury in the Tahoe lineup. It comes standard with a heads-up display, leather seating in the first two rows, and heated and ventilated front seats. The exterior includes 22-inch wheels and unique badging, plus Super Cruise capability and the 6.2-liter V-8 engine are optional. MSRP starts at $74,795.
