We came together to celebrate the life and legacy of Mike Molstead. Mike’s life was built on faith, family and a deep love for his community and employees. He touched countless lives with his kindness, love and unwavering dedication to others. On behalf of the Mike Molstead family and our Mike Molstead Motors family, we thank you for your prayers, love and support during this difficult time. We take comfort in knowing Mike’s faith has carried him home, and his legacy will continue through the people and community he cherished so deeply.

A special thank you to the Mason City Toros organization for taking time to remember our founder, Mike Molstead, who passed on September 8, 2025. Your tribute honored his legacy.

Mike Molstead Motors Celebrates the 30th Annual Spook walk in Charles City

The 30th Annual Spook walk in Charles City brought the community together for a night of Halloween family-friendly fun and Halloween spirit . Mike Molstead Motors was proud to be part of it! Our team loved connecting with the Charles City community, handing out treats, and celebrating the Halloween season with so many familiar faces. The evening was made even more special when Mike Molstead Motors was honored with the President’s Choice Award.

We are proud to be part of this wonderful Charles City tradition and look forward to many more years of community celebration!

Mike Molstead Motors Joins Immaculate Conception School for First Trunk or Treat

Mike Molstead Motors was thrilled to participate in Immaculate Conception School’s first Trunk or Treat.

It was a fun-filled evening celebrating Halloween. Our team had a blast decorating our trunk, handing out treats, and meeting so many students, parents, and community members.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Immaculate Conception School for hosting such a wonderful event and allowing us to be part of the evening. We look forward to many more Trunk or Treats in the years to come!

The Bridge Church: Trunk or Treat

Charles City, IA — October 31st, 2025

Halloween night was full of fun, candy, and community spirit as Mike Molstead Motors proudly participated in The Bridge’s Annual Trunk or Treat event! Families from across the area came together for a safe and exciting evening of trick-or-treating, games, and creative costumes. The Trunk or Treat event, hosted by The Bridge Church, has become a Halloween tradition in our Charles City community. The Mike Molstead Motors team joined in on the Halloween fun by decking our parts van in spooky style and passing out sweet treats to hundreds of costumed kids and families.
